Suicide Risk Reduction & Gatekeeper Training Committee

In view of the increasing importance of mental health awareness and suicide prevention among students, an institutional committee is hereby constituted for Suicide Risk Reduction and Gatekeeper Training. The committee will be responsible for identifying at-risk individuals, conducting training programs, and establishing support systems within the institution.

Terms of Reference:

Conduct regular Gatekeeper Training Programs for faculty, students, and staff.

Develop and disseminate protocols for early identification and support of at-risk individuals.

Collaborate with the Student Welfare Cell and Counseling Services for timely interventions.

Organize awareness programs and workshops on mental health and suicide prevention.

Submit periodic reports and updates to the Dean's office.
