The Committee shall meet at frequent intervals at least once in a quarter to formulate the following schemes and programs:

  • Faculty Development through orientation and refresher training programs (MME).
  • Development of teaching resources like books, charts, models and PowerPoint presentations including adoption of innovative teaching methodology.
  • Organizing the Continuing Medical Education/Professional Development/ Lifelong learning programs.
  • Providing expert guidance by Principal, Resource Person and Senior Faculty.
  • Conduct of Regular Clinical Meetings at monthly intervals on multiple subject topics beneficial to different specialties, stratum of medical and paramedical staff.
  • Organizing debates, seminars, conferences, workshops, symposiums and guest lectures on the topics of health care, preventive diseases, surveillance programs.
  • Hosting of publications by faculty on the college website.
  • Sponsoring the faculty to attend training programs held by Regional centers recognized by MCI.
